Nekocha – Japanese Black Tea with Cat-Shaped Tea Tags

A charming cup of Japanese tea, with six little cats to keep you company.

Discover Nekocha, a delightful Japanese black tea that combines the gentle character of Shizuoka-grown tea with beautifully detailed cat-shaped paper tags.

Made using a rare variety of Japanese black tea (Wakocha), the tea leaves are carefully roasted at the maker's own factory. The result is a fragrant, mellow tea with gentle sweetness and less bitterness or astringency than many conventional black teas.

Each pack contains six pyramid tea bags, each featuring one of six different cat designs. Finely laser-cut to capture the cats' expressions, paws and delicate fur details, these charming tags can be easily removed after brewing and kept as little keepsakes. Use them as bookmarks or display them as miniature paper decorations.

The tea bags are generously sized to allow the leaves to unfurl and release their flavour while brewing.

An unusual little Japanese tea gift for cat lovers, tea enthusiasts and anyone who appreciates thoughtful design.
