Shipping & Delivery

Q1. How much is the shipping fee?

Standard shipping fee is £5.99 across the UK.
Enjoy Free UK Shipping on orders over £50.

Q2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch (for mainland UK).
Please allow extra time during peak seasons or postal delays.

Q3. Can I track my parcel?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Q4. Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
All orders are dispatched from our London store and delivered by Royal Mail.

Returns & Exchanges

Q1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of your order date for unused and unopened items.
To start a return, please contact us at info@sway-edit.com with your order number.

Q2. Are return shipping costs covered?

Return postage is covered if the item is damaged or incorrect.
For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), customers are responsible for return postage.

Gift Wrapping & In-Store Pickup

Q1. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for £3 per item.
You can select this option at checkout.

Q2. Can I pick up my order in-store?

Absolutely. Choose “Pick Up in Store” at checkout and collect your order from our London Shoreditch store.
You will receive an email once your order is ready.

Q1. Where are you located?

We are based in Shoreditch, London (EC2).
You can visit our store to discover our full range of Japanese gifts and lifestyle items.

Q2. Are all your items from Japan?

Most of our products are imported directly from Japan, carefully selected for quality and design.

Q3. Do you offer same-day delivery in London?

Currently we do not offer same-day delivery, but orders placed before 3 pm are usually shipped the same day.
