Like all its spice blends, this Yuzu Kosho Pepper is a house blend that stands out for its bright citrus aroma and layered heat. The fragrance of fresh yuzu and chillies is instantly apparent as soon as you open the bottle. Featuring domestically grown yellow chillies and fragrant green chillies, it is blended with Japanese yuzu and a touch of Karatsu-grown Genkou as a hidden accent. A dash of ginger sharpens the flavour and leaves a clean, refreshing finish.

Unlike liquid yuzu kosho, this powdered version is easy to sprinkle, keeps well without losing quality, and allows you to enjoy authentic yuzu kosho anywhere.
