Fresh, coarsely filtered and undiluted sake. Intense aromatics of enoki mushroom and blue cheese, rich rice and bubble gum sweetness with a pleasantly dry finish. Perfect on its own or as a base of cocktails.
・Pairing With
Fried or creamy foods—karaage, tonkatsu, tempura, spicy sushi rolls, or soft cheeses.
Its slight sweetness also works well with mild spice and even light desserts like mochi.
